From context and retrieval to agents, evaluation, and full-stack delivery — I turn LLM capabilities into products people use.
About
I work across AI and full stack engineering to take ideas from model capability to reliable, usable products.
I turn GenAI capabilities into products people actually use.
I'm Vishal, a GenAI and full-stack developer based in Noida, India. I design RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and scalable SaaS systems—then own the engineering needed to ship them end to end.
Services
End-to-end product work across web, AI systems, automation, and mobile.
Stack
A practical stack shaped by the product—not by trends.

Problem
Generic chat tools answer questions but leave the real chaos untouched: multi-question papers, word limits, diagrams, formatting, and 40–50 page project reports. Students still stitch everything together by hand.
Architecture
Next.js academic workspace with document-grounded generation, inline AI editing, Mermaid diagram pipeline, Clerk auth, Razorpay credits, and a production export path for PDF/DOCX/LaTeX/Markdown.

AI Systems
A connected path from prompting and retrieval to agents and production systems.
Phase 01
How models are steered, structured, and streamed.
Phase 02
Grounding answers in real knowledge.
Phase 03
Tools, memory, and multi-step reasoning.
Phase 04
Reliability, evaluation, and provider flexibility.

Approach
What clients and teams usually notice after the first few weeks.
01
Ship usable increments without sacrificing structure.
02
Typed, tested enough, and ready for real traffic.
03
Designed for growth, not just demos.
04
Interfaces that feel intentional and calm.
05
RAG, agents, and reliable LLM product patterns.
06
Clear updates, clear tradeoffs, clear next steps.
07
Start from the constraint, not the framework.
08
Comfortable moving from idea to MVP to production.
09
Current tools, chosen for fit—not hype.
10
Fast loads, lean bundles, careful UX.
Feedback
A few notes from founders and product leads I've worked with.
“Vishal took our messy AI idea and turned it into a product our team actually relies on every day.”
“Rare mix of full-stack depth and real GenAI craft. Communication was sharp, delivery was faster than expected.”
“From chatbot architecture to the dashboard UX, everything felt considered. We shipped with confidence.”
